At BDM we are acutely aware that your boat is both a valuable item and your pride and joy, because of this acute awareness we treat each and every vessel with the greatest of respect.
Our delivery process starts with your briefing. We need to know what vessel you want delivering, where it's berthed, when you need the vessel to reach the final destination and any other specific requirement that you have.
Your briefing will form the basis of our quotation. As soon as you have approved our proposal we can press on with planning the assignment.
Based upon your briefing we will develop a passage plan and appoint a skipper for the assignment. You will be notified at each step of the process.
We believe that it is essential to reach your vessel in good time prior to the delivery to conduct a thorough pre delivery inspection. This will enable us to report to you any important repairs which might be required to ensure a safe sea going passage and to give our crew time to familiarise themselves with your vessel prior to setting out to sea.
Throughout the passage you will be kept advised of the progress being made, along with any delays or issues which might arise. Any necessary expenses will be fully documented and will only be incurred following authorisation by you.
On arrival at the destination port your vessel will be fully valeted and presented ready for the arrival of you or your guests.
